How Modern Grassroots Movements are Changing Our Landscapes
with Daniel Deriso, Engagement Coordinator for the City of Birmingham’s Mayor’s Office

Daniel Deriso is a Birmingham local, and graduate of the University of Montevallo with a degree in Political Science. He is a veteran of the Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton campaigns in 2016 and has worked on multiple congressional and Senate races around the country. Most recently, he was the Operations and Communications Director for Randall Woodfin’s mayoral campaign in Birmingham, AL. He currently works as the Engagement Coordinator for the City of Birmingham Mayor’s Office, and consults on multiple local, state, and national campaigns.


Online registration is available until the day of our monthly luncheon, or while space remains. The price to attend increases the Tuesday before the event.

Register by Monday before the luncheon for best pricing: $20 for members, $25 for guests and $15 for students. The registration cost for everyone registering after Monday (online and onsite) is $30.

Remember, those who make a reservation but do not attend or cancel by email 48 hours in advance will be invoiced. Refunds/transfers will not be issued.
